EnviroPots
EnviroPots are fully biodegradable plant pots designed to simplify planting and improve on-site efficiency. Plants can be planted directly into the ground without removing the pot, reducing handling time and minimising root disturbance. The pot naturally breaks down in the soil, supporting healthy root development while eliminating plastic waste and post-planting clean-up.
While EnviroPots are not sold as a standalone product, Riverside offers contract growing using EnviroPots for large-scale planting projects. The best height depends on your site conditions and the level of protection your plants need. 300mm EnviroGuards are a good option for sheltered sites with lower wind exposure and minimal pest pressure. 450mm EnviroGuards are better suited to exposed, windy, or higher-risk planting sites where extra protection from spray drift, pests, and harsh conditions is needed. If you are unsure, the 450mm option is generally the safer choice for improving early plant survival.
